Love this motor

Awful customer service

I returned the fan as I didn’t need it. Apparently your customer service employee won’t go locate it as it got sent to wrong freight department at your business. I basically was told to pound sand and “we’re not wasting employee time to find it” You guys set the bar on how not to take care of customers. You lost one today

Your refund was processed today for the incorrect motor you ordered. You should see it in a few days back in your account.

Good motive.

It was an exact replacement. Follow the wiring diagram on the back of the housing. Easy to replace. Nice product works well.

Every thing was great, however I cant get the outer casing off
1 tried everything for hours, I still have not been able tp get it to come apart.
any suggestions?
