Just received a new pump for my cooler only to see a busted pump in the box the top crushed and the fan parts scattered around, the strange thing is the box was in damn near perfect condition ?!?!?

I ordered my pump on June 30th and still have not received anything. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Sorry USPS is slow to deliver, but 'Your item is being processed at our USPS facility in NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV 89031 on July 9, 2024 at 6:40 am.' according to the post office.
Disliked, not comparable with the later model. Sent back for refund.
