Wrong part

I have ordered a basket (SPS6050811SP) for my evap cooler twice, twice they have sent me the wrong one, even after I pointed out to them that they sent me the wrong one the first time. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. My cooler is still down...

We are out of stock on that item and my crew assured me they sent you the last one with the hole in it for the hose. Le tme look around and see if I can find one more as that has not been made since 2017.

The grill covers pretty good if it had a little foam lining it would do a little better job but it's pretty good but what I do want to say is it was 88° today here where I live and the house stayed at 71 with the Durango evaporative cooler seems to work really well we're looking forward to hotter weather but it seems to work really well actually even pushes up the stairwell a little bit when we open some windows up there works really good
