Great pads same price as everywhere else

I looked at the reviews before purchasing my cooler pads and many stated that the pads they bought elsewhere had an odor. I must say, these pads did have an odor, but it didn't last long. I think many new items have an odor until it gets aired out, or in this case watered down. I am happy with these pads. They were easy to install and had great instructions. I am finally cool and comfortable in my home. The price is a little steep, but they were the same price regardless of where they were bought from. With that being the case, it was easier to just order from here and do the pay in 4 payment method. Hopefully I will get a few years out of these pads before needing to buy them again.

I love it. so, i bought another one. the only thing is I increased the size of the holes to water the pad as they kept getting clogged with lime and dirt. I would recommend making the process to remove and clean the drip bar EASIER, as the tube is quite short. perhaps make the holes a bit larger on your end. THANK YOU!

We bought the Bonaire 4500 cooler and it has been a life changer. I thought it was the end when I had to replace the media pads last year. We bought the replacement pads at Home Depot not realizing they were a knock off and not made by Bonaire. The smell was HORRIFIC, my daughter called it "giraffe enclosure smell". After 3 days of soaking, washing and running the cooler I had to return because of the smell. Fast forward to this year, I came directly to the company and ordered the pads. I'm so happy, no nasty smell! It's a shame Home Depot does not sell the genuine media pads because the ones they sell in store are awful. We have our wonderful cooler back and just as happy as the day we bought it.

Can’t say enough. We went from compresser AC and got a Durango. Day and night difference. 10 of our friends and neighbors switched. It’s so efficient for power. Freezes us in a good way. LOVE YOU GUYS. YOU CHANGED MY WORLD. Have units in the house and cabin and pottery studio. Thank you!
