Extremely confusing

Apparently the remote doesn’t work for the unit that it described for..? This remote dose not work for the 4500E.

What model and old remote did you have. If it is pre-2017 (5 button) we are out of that remote and it will not be replenished.

The easiest way to tell the difference between the latter two is on has a disc battery and one has triple A batteries.

Chill please

I bought a 4500 unit for my house and keeps the house at 69 and it's 96 outside, thanks to the remote I don't freeze 🥶 at night when unit is on low .
In the process of building a 4000 SF shop and will be installing 3 - units at 6000 CFM , so glad I got away from other companies.

it was not the same as the old one and did not work

it did not match my controller, and did not work after i spent around $7.00 for battery's
